1)Shipping
DPD/GLS/DHL inside EU:
We deliver inside EU only. The orders placed before 14:00 CET on the workdays (Monday-Friday) will be processed and shipped on the same day. The orders placed after 14:00 CET will be processed and shipped on the next day.
We ship orders via DPD / GLS / DHL depending on the destination country. Please make sure you've entered the correct address because as soon as we processed your order we cannot modify recipient address afterwards.
2)Delivery time and shipping costs
Shipping fee is 5 € for orders below 50 €. Free shipping for orders from 50 €:
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Delivery time varies from 1 to 4 working days depending on destination country.
3)Payment options
Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Wire, Sofort, Google and Apple Pay, and Cryptocurrencies:
We accept payments via Mastercard and Visa Cards, bank transfer and instant bank wire via Sofort, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Cryptocurrencies. We will process orders only after payment is received. For orders with bank wire as payment option we will reserve goods up to 7 days. If after 7 days payment is not received we will cancel your order.
